Colleen Owens Joins DeNuke BD Department – 2009, Oak Ridge, TN
Colleen Owens has joined DeNuke as a Vice President of Business Development. Owens is a graduate of the University of Idaho in Science and Home Economics , with 25 years experience in the Department of Energy, commercial, and Department of Defense including experience in recruiting, business development, proposal development, human resources, sales and marketing, project management, contract management, waste management program development, and operational responsibility. At DeNuke, Owens will be responsible for development of new clients in DoD, EPA, State and Federal agencies and marketing, proposal development and recruiting for DOE ARRA funded work. Owens experience includes assignments at EG&G Idaho, Duratek Rocky Flats, Waste Control Specialists, Weston, and LATA. Owens is active in the Project Management Institute, serves as Track Chair for the Waste Management Symposia and has been active as an ASME member.
